- Move furniture to center of room.
- Cover all furniture and floors.
- Sand surfaces to be painted.
- Apply 1 to 2 coats of paint to ceilings, walls and woodwork (depending on customers' request).
- Remove all coverings and vacuum work area.
- Move furniture back.

- Power wash railings, decking, steps and lattice.
- Apply 1 coat of oil or latex deck stain to decking and stair treads (2 coats if needed).
- Apply 1 coat of latex paint to railings and lattice (2 coats if needed).
Carpentry Repairs
- Remove rotted siding, clapboards and trim boards.
- If there is more extensive damage behind the rot, remove it and replace it as needed.
- Install caulking around areas replaced.
- Fill nail holes with wood putty.
- Apply primer to new siding and trim.
Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing
- Apply wood de-glosser/ cleaner to cabinets.
- Sand cabinets with fine grit sandpaper.
- Remove hinges and hardware from doors and drawers.
- Apply bonding primer to cabinets.
- Apply 2 coats of 100% acrylic enamel paint to cabinets.
- Re-install hinges and hardware.
Garage Floor Epoxy
- Clean floor with concrete cleaner.
- Apply 1 coat of 100% Solids Epoxy Pre-Primer V155.
- Apply 2 coats of Polyamide Epoxy Coating Gloss/Semi-Gloss V400.
- Broadcast anti-slip aggregate (decorative flakes).
- Apply 2 coats of Aliphatic Acrylic Urethane Gloss V500 (clear coat).
